Having to work during lockdown in an office with no catering facilities forced me to fend for myself. While not being organised enough to prepare my lunch before I left for work I decided the answer was pot snacks. As I have now worked in the office for over a year now with no catering facilities I have discovered a range of pot snacks that can happily sit in your desk drawer and only require minimum preparation or nothing at all!
All reviews are by myself and feature delicious and not so delicious pot snacks that can meet these three simple rules;
- If it requires heating, it must only be done by adding hot water or using a microwave
- Must be able to be stored at Room temperature
- Must be able to be consumed in its own pot, to avoid washing up!
